What We Believe
The Heart Behind TLCC
At Transforming Love Christian Center, we believe real life change begins with a real encounter with Jesus Christ.
I grew up in church, yet for many years I struggled to live the life God intended for me. Though I attended faithfully, sin still ruled my heart, and I often left church feeling the same way I came—burdened and unchanged. It was through my brokenness that I realized I didn’t just need more information; I needed transformation. I needed the power of God, the truth of His Word, and the loving support of His people.

Even today, as a pastor, I remain fully dependent on the grace of God and the fellowship of His church to live a life that pleases Him. The Lord has faithfully met me with His truth, surrounded me with genuine community, and allowed me to experience the freedom that only Christ can give.

What We Believe
The Bible
We believe the Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

Salvation
We believe in the sinfulness of all mankind and the need of salvation, available only through the blood of Jesus Christ to all who believe and receive Him as Savior and Lord. For the salvation of lost and sinful people, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

The Trinity
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

Resurrection
We believe in the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.
